Speculators Played Key Role in Oil Price Hike
Speculators played an important role in last year's spike in oil prices and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission is looking into ways to prevent this from happening again, Bart Chilton, one of four CFTC commissioners, told CNBC Tuesday.
